0 stars if possible. I don't ever leave reviews but I just want to warn everyone about this company. First of all, they have terrible customer service. We were in contact with Dennis who was extremely unorganised and I had to go over details with him multiple times. Long story short- we went over everything with the planning department and the only thing they had to change on our building was the snow load. The one word and/or one line answers you have given me that don’t even answer the questions I asked are becoming disrespectful – too old & too good at what I do to be disrespected. Recently I mentioned to a friend in Florida that I was going to build a new storage facility for our expansion. He recommended I call MBMI for a quote. He had purchased 2 buildings from them before over the years. Their pricing was very competitive and they were able to complete the project quicker than the others we quoted. They were very professional and met our deadline for completion. Was a pleasure to work with these guys.
I don’t usually take the time out of my day for stuff like reviews but when you get amamzing customer service and a fantatic product you do. I had been planning on getting a steel shop for a long time and finally decided to do it as I needed space for work to house my equipment and tools. After networking, MBMI was recommended to me by a colleague and they have been so helpful. I really needed guidance and boy did I get it! My building is better then I had envisioned and I am hard to please. They were patient with me and my attention to detail. I am thinking about a steel home. I will count on MBMI to make that happen .
