I’ve been here 3 times. Every time I come staff are in & doctors are there with great respect and compassion and they have the best care in this area. But somehow every time I’m supposed to get a call to know if I’ve been diagnosed with anything they never call me I have to call & every time I call my results are never in & I still have to wait another 3-5 business days after being told they were going to call in 2 days to let me know.
Been at this place since 8 it clearly states they open up at 7 am 7 days a week it’s almost 8:30 no staff in sight!! I mean unprofessional and weird at its finest!! Asked the security what times it opens he says 8 it’s literally 8:30..: he said he been watching the camera still no staff has pulled in!! I mean RIDICULOUS!! How are patients here and not one staff member not even a front desk staff has arrived??
Last night, because of my 16‑year‑old, I had to visit MBI Urgent Care on Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue—and it turned out to be one of the most surprising experiences of my life. This is one of the worst urgent care in Washington DC. They will leave you in a room or a lobby for 45mins to an hour the Africa doctor doesn’t seem to know anything I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YOU ARE BETTER OFF SITTING IN A ER
