My grand mother has been using this company for several years now. She's been through several (3 or more)home aids. Whom don't clean her house, they don't vaccum don't sweep don't know how to cook. They aren't clean don't wear mask. Very disappointed in this company. The current aid she has sleeps all day don't remind to take meds, the aid is sick so why is she working the aid needs care herself. I hope people at the facility get better care than the home service.

Really mismanaged, disorganized, and inefficient. I would not recommend this home health agency for your loved one- there are other more reputable ones. We’ve gone more than 10 days at a time without services for our loved one because of the lack of organization. Highly would advise looking elsewhere.
I am dissapointed in my government doing business with crooks. MBI is not about their business their just in it for the money. I've been with them since Greendoor left the mental health business. I on team act four for nothing. They do nothing for me and bill insurance for hours they don't perform. The doctor she doesn't even perform psycho-therapy she just prescribes a shot.
