My mother started receiving services with MBI in July 2025 after leaving Edenbridge Pace with the worst service ever… or so I thought. I have caught the MBI Health Aides sleeping in my Mother's couch, talking all day in the phone or just wanted to fix a sandwich or rice with tomato soup with fish in it. On September 30, 2025, I sent an email to Mr. Moore detailing my serious concerns regarding Ms. Williams and attached all supporting documents. As of today, I have yet to receive a response.
The Drs here are weird I don’t think they have best interest for adults or children. Dr White is the worst of them all you get paid to do your job. Then she’s very weird kept calling me trying to explain no you wrong you weird get off my phone. Mrs Fleming and Mrs Cynthia are the best people that works there. They help me and my family. They go beyond to make sure we taken care of. If the drs cared as much as them this would be an excellent place.
