On September 30, 2025, I sent an email to Mr. Moore detailing my serious concerns regarding Ms. Williams and attached all supporting documents. As of today, I have yet to receive a response.
The Drs here are weird I don’t think they have best interest for adults or children. Dr White is the worst of them all you get paid to do your job. Then she’s very weird kept calling me trying to explain no you wrong you weird get off my phone. Mrs Fleming and Mrs Cynthia are the best people that works there. They help me and my family. They go beyond to make sure we taken care of. If the drs cared as much as them this would be an excellent place.
Really mismanaged, disorganized, and inefficient. I would not recommend this home health agency for your loved one- there are other more reputable ones. We’ve gone more than 10 days at a time without services for our loved one because of the lack of organization. Highly would advise looking elsewhere.
The company left my mom without a home aide for 4 days. No announcements or advance notices. Now we found out that the home aide skims off my mother's groceries purchases every time she goes out. The home aide doesn't say hi or goodbye when she arrives and leaves and not an ounce of care or respect for her. She does the bare minimum and scoffs when my mom ask her to do more.
