This is the worst property management company I've ever had to do with they were so unprofessional when I moved in I had to ask them over and over again what was my mailbox number and they never answered me, never gave me a mailbox key I had to run around to asking the neighbors if they knew which my mailbox key was had to run to the post office by a new key to be formed the management did not even know which mailbox I had and when I moved in there was roaches and my stove and it was disgusting was dirty when I moved in and ... read more
I understand due to cover the office is not open but they should say that on the Google Website it just says open now and I took an Uber all the way downtown to go to the property office and do to cover you cannot go in and no one is in the office it gives an emergency number to call no one answers that either we have been trying to get our Section 8 voucher approved for over 2 weeks with MBA properties and they have not responded very very disgusted
