I was calling throughout Washington and Oregon attempting to locate some flooring that had been obsoleted by the manufacturer, and Melissa was the epitome of generous and helpful service. She not only quickly checked their inventory, but (unasked) actually called the last client of theirs who ordered this flooring, found out he had 3 cartons left over and was willing to part with one, and started to work on a shipping quote. Melissa and Linda, at M. B. Designs, are my two of my favorite people. The work they have done on our house has exceeded any expectations my husband and I had when we embarked on a redecorating project in June of this year. I would highly recommend Melissa and her team!
Horrible experience with this business. One particular employee by the name of Dara Osborne, who it appears rates her own employer 5 stars, was the main problem.. She is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered actually working in a business. Also, inferior credit card processing equipment can lead to MBDesigns tying up your credit card limit for 7-10 days - unacceptable. Pray that you won't have to go through the refund process with this company. My order was never even placed and they still tied up my credit cards ... read more
