Edit: Has been over two months and have not received notice about sending a security deposit over with multiple calls and emails. May have to go route of other reviewer. No major issues the year I was here, had some communication issues but apparently my emails were being marked as spam. Maintenance was always efficient. When my fridge broke they gave me another one quickly while they fixed the other.

This is a great place to live. Quiet, clean no issues when it comes to living. But the open communication is horrible between the building managers. No one would call me back or address the issues I had. I lived on 4800 Brown for about two years. I paid security, first, and last month rent to move in. It took me a yr later to get my security deposit. Followed all instructions from the contract agreements. I threaten to sue, finally I received my security deposit.
