I was on my brokepilled STD arc and mazzoni center really brought the goods.
I am only trying to make an appointment. All that time wasted, and I did not speak to a single person. Just hearing the automated message and still trying. Their business hours claim they’re open 🙄 can’t book the appointment online
Came here as a walk in, I tried scheduling an appointment but after being on the phone for 40 minutes, there was no answer. I walked into the office and it didn’t seem like anyone was in there, maybe they had patients in the back idk but none waiting around. All I wanted was a simple swab test, they told me they could not do it and had to make an appointment. Makes no sense, do better y’all.
