I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for a respectful / inclusive space to receive medical care. From their front desk to their knowledgeable provider's, the Mazzoni center id full of kind folks.
F. this place.I had a terrible experience with my lab work. The nurse who drew my blood messed up bad. When I went to the restroom , my arm was covered with gory mess. I had to complain and she wasn't even caring about what she caused. I don't know how to put photos here.
I trusted one provider who I thought kept my info confidential. It was not the case. Not only that, their Asian Walgreens pharmacy staff made me feel very uncomfortable with something they said. Im too disgusted to even mention it here. Im reporting it to higher ups instead.
