Employees are nice in person, but clearly overworked and unable to be responsive. Internal structure seems disorganized. The care I received was less thorough and attentive than the care I’m use to receiving. My lab results were out of range and they didn’t say anything. My old provider (out of state now) would have made me take another blood test. They also let me go on a different hormone prescription because I simply asked for it. I've received very good healthcare at this clinic. The staff is upbeat and friendly. There have been a few times that it took a number of phone calls to get something done but in the end it worked out. They also have an excellent food bank available.
Friendly office with always fast service. I especially love how they have a lab within the floor so you go directly for blood draws after seeing the provider and the phlebotomists are so nice. 1000x better experience than labcorp
This place clearly doesn’t take Mental health seriously. I called in on 1/20/26 to set up for PCP and M/H services. I made an appointment for 3/18/26. One thing the person on the phone asked me to do is to make sure that my insurance card had my new PCP Dr. name on it. I called my insurance company to make the change and I was informed that the PCP Dr. isn’t on their list, so she searches the office specifically and finds that the Muzzoni center isn’t contracted with my insurance.
