Today was the worst food l’ve ever experienced at Mazzio’s. I threw it out. Sour spoiled taste and under cooked. Lesson learned.
We ordered a quesapizza, a cheese pizza, and a pepperoni pizza that was supposed to be ready in 15min. She kept telling us 5 more minutes...it took almost 45min. And we ended up with 2 pepperoni pizzas (much to the kids' dismay) and the quesapizza had no sauce. They did give us some extra ranch for the time delay but very disappointed in the food outcome.
Dude running pickup area/register at 19:00 today- POOR customer service with no positive interaction. Even took all the pickup tickets off the order and didn’t even speak to ask if I wanted cheese, peppers or a receipt. Really upset me and why be disrespectful to someone you don’t even know? “Can I help you with something?” Why would I be in the pickup are? Mazzios, please remove him from the customer interaction side of the business. Kitchen, prep, dishes- all better options.
Your delivery driver is extremely rude and lacks respect towards other people. She came in and would only yell “MAP”. I hope she learns to communicate properly in the future with the people who run businesses.
Worst place I ahve eaten at. No servoce, rude and pizza came out after 45 minutes. They don’t care if you eat or not
