The landlord is difficult to get in touch with regarding maintenance issues. I have only been subleasing through Mazur Realty for a few short months, but in that time I sent in an email to have bedroom windows fixed (they were broken when I moved in and do not open or close properly). The email was never replied to (it was sent 6 weeks ago). In addition, all of the outlets in the living room of the apartment went out. David and Howard are great guys, they did everything they said they would and more. Not only did we get in our place on time but the rent is very reasonable and maintenance is great.
