Dr Alsatie had reviewed my recent medical history and wanted to discuss why an abdominal CT was scheduled another doctor even though the results were negative. He listened carefully to my concerns and was honest with his opinion on whether there was anything to be concerned about. We discussed alternatives and made a decision together that was best for me.
Dr. Alsatie is kind and will listen to your needs and provide what he feels will work for you. Whether it be procedures, medications, supplements, lifestyle changes etc. Very good doc.
Dr. Alsatie listens to your concerns and explains things very clearly. He is patient to answer questions to let you know he’s going to work to get to the bottom of the issue. He responds very timely when posting to the patient portal as well.
I felt that I got the benefit from Dr. Alsatie’s years of experience.
The Doctor was professional. He was willing to listen and discuss personal concerns. He offered professional solutions and was very courteous.
Dr. Alsatie was kind, courteous, timely, and concerned. I did not seem as if he was just in there too check on me and write his notes and leave. He was invested and tried to find out what was going on with me. I will refer anyone to go to him.
My husband has seen Dr. Alsadi for years. However, this year for his annual colonoscopy the billing department has continued to bill the wrong insurance number even though we were pre-approved. Anthem has affirmed that it is covered. They continue to bill under the wrong number, and now they are possibly turning us into collections and we have great credit. This has been very frustrating.
