NO STARS. This is the biggest ripoff you can get. They send faulty bad parts and then tell you they can't do anything for you because you "tried" the part. How exactly are you supposed to know it is bad until you try it. They take ZERO responsibility for anything. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Worst experience ever. They send me the wrong part even with vin# and everything and I have to pay for return label and 15% restocking fee so practically you loose They win. Be sure you buy the correct part and ask them for pictures before you buy it or get screwed.

Ordered brake pads for my Mazda 6. Shipped quickly but even though the box had the correct part number on the label, the brake pads inside were a different part number all together. They do not fit my car. Over the course of two weeks, I tried four times to call and sent three emails without any response. There prices the offer are good, but, in this case it was not worth it. Item was bent by shipper due to poor packaging on Mazda Swag's part. Three emails about it and no responses. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Initial emails before ordering, great. Ordered part and it was defective. Multiple emails and calls. No response. Escalated it with credit card company. Beware

Ordered some accessories here. They said one accessory is out of stock and won't be sent. I ordered it from another dealer and asked for a refund. Instead of returning money they sent me accessory I already had. They won't pick up the phone and reply to emails.

I ordered in this company June 6, at first they’re keeping you posted with the delay last update was June 18 informing about the delay until now I keep emailing them with regards to any update until no reply until now poor costumer service (of course with their phone voice message telling you to communicate through email )

Company has fallen way short due to the virus I assume. Don't bother with them. Ordered a part catalytic converter a month ago and won't answer any emails or call. Bad business.......
