I cannot speak for Sales (I bought my 2016 Mazda6 at a different CT dealer), but the Service team is great at Mazda of Milford. Not only are the prices and rates some of the best (for a Dealer) in the area, but the staff are friendly and attentive. I've had zero issues here, unlike some other Mazda dealers in New Haven county.
This is my third Mazda automobile in a row. CX-9, Mazda 6, and now a CX-5. Prior to the CX-9, I had an Acura MDX, and I found the Mazda to reign superior in space, comfort, functions and affordability. Put it this way, I keep coming back. The only car I liked better than Mazda was my 3 series BMW, but she was a BMW. For the price, you can’t get better than a Mazda. The Mazda staff is wonderful and they sell fantastic vehicles. Stop by for a test drive and you won’t be disappointed. Zoom! Zoom!
Picked up my new hot ride yesterday. ZOOM ZOOM! Gary and Joe were great. Smooth transaction, in and out. You guys rock! Gary’s so knowledgeable about all the new techy features. Very patient with all my questions. He even called me later to make sure i got home ok and that all is well. See ya on the road!
This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We walked in, in and right off the bat we were greeted by the sales manager as all salesmen were busy. He sat us down, asked some questions, and gave us his best price, no haggling. Then our salesman started helping us, and asked when we'd like to take the car, which I joked "today" . He said OK. That surprised us, but they held to it, and within 2 hours I drove away with my new Mazda 6! Great experience!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealer. Julian was my sales guy and he was fantastic. He took my exact requirements, showed me what I wanted, and let me make my own decisions. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision, it was really a positive experience. No agenda on their part. Mazda definitely stood behind their product and let the car talk for itself.
