Buying from Mark Wade was easy. First, I appreciated the price of the car posted on the car. We didn’t have to talk to anyone except Mark until we were signing. Then we met his manager. Mark was low key, friendly, informative, and definitely loved his Mazdas! We did check out other dealers for Toyota and Honda but were stressed with the games. Thank you Mark👍👍
not only did the crew organize and make possible the most affordable solution to a tough car situation last December...they offered complete, clear, and unobtrusive discussion on leasing a 2018 CX5 with all the features I was seeking. Tim had all the paperwork and financial tasks completed with 0 hassle or pressure. today i brought my CX5 in for its first service check up/oil change and not only was it done earlier than anticipated but on the house !
Friend who is not on social media brought her Mazda here for repairs and was practically in tears over how one of the men in the service dept spoke to her. She noticed THEIR mistake, and questioned it, they brushed her off at first, so yes did show a little annoyance when they told her she would have to bring the car back so they could fix it. She was scolded like a child, the man told her, "I do not want any more attitude from you" This was a while ago, hopefully he is not there anymore.
