I had the best buying experience here. Austin was great. I was buying a brand new car alone for the first time. The whole team kept the process stress free and within my budget.
I really appreciate the team at this Mazda service center. I always feel very well taken care of - even during last minute emergencies. I have had unforeseen situations turned into something promptly resolved and turned around by Kyle specifically, and this quality customer service and then the quality work of the service team as well every time makes me feel very glad to continue to service my vehicle at this dealership.
Service advisor Kristen Edgmon was awesome! I brought in my recently purchased Mazda CX-5 for required service. She is very knowledgeable, has great listening skills, thoroughly answered all of my questions and explained paperwork and vehicle maintenance schedule. She is very pleasant and approachable, so, as a female with little auto mechanics knowledge, I wasn’t reluctant to ask questions. A+++ experience!!
Very disappointing experience. I went to look at a 2023 CX30. I was greeted by a sales person who walked me around the used cars, looking for the car I wanted to see. She gave up and said it was gone, while immediately trying to upsell me on other cars. She didn't check in their system or anything to verify the status of the car. (Guess what, the car is still listed for sale on their website & has since dropped in price.) It was a down to earth atmosphere, no pressure, no catchy sales pitching. From "Gaines" the sales rep to "Scott" the business manager, everything was explained to the fullest. Very happy to be the proud owner of a new Mazda. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to trade or buy into a Mazda!!!
