Edit: Sad to revise my review from five stars to two, but I just had an unbelievable negative experience with the parts department here. I asked if I could give a part number. "How can I look up a part if I don't know what it's for?" ... What? My car doesn't have a VIN, and I'm not giving the year make and model if I have a part number. He finally took my phone to the back to look up the part. I tried to ask for another part by number and he said, "We don't do that here. We use the VIN."
