Mark Brandon and the Sales team at Mazda of Orange Park were spectacular. Great service, quick, efficient and friendly. Honestly, the best car buying experience I've had in a long time. They understood my budget, my needs, my financial situation and my trade in and tailored a deal that worked for me. The service department is awesome. This morning I was greeted at my car and checked in. They found discounts and applied them without me asking for the services I needed. Now I’m relaxing with free coffee, snacks, and WiFi. Top it off with everyone being so friendly and it’s not as painful to spend money on my car maintenance.
I had some issues with a used truck I had purchased. The general manager, Mr. Gene Viola, personally reached out to me and addressed every single one and refused a penny more to do so ranging from full repairs and even provided a loaner! This dealership truly wants to earn their customer’s business and keep it!
