RecommendedMazda City was an excellent choice for our new vehicle. EVERYONE there was so kind and polite. NEVER PUSHY! I want to specifically call out our new friend Joel Montijo. He is the most patient, kind person we have ever dealt with when buying a car. He is also incredibly knowledgeable. He spent so much time going through the cars, explaining features, and encouraging us to ask questions. I cannot recommend him enough!!

I did a little research online and decided to stop into Mazda of Orange Park to see what they had to offer. I was greeted right away and a great buying experience began. Lee Goldinger was a great salesperson, there to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process. Luis Serna in finance made the figures make sense. I would strongly recommend this location and team to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
Very honest and great service. They treated us to drinks and coffee. They also have a lounge area that kept the kids happy. It took 2hrs from start to finish and a deal was made. I will be recommending everyone looking for a car to this dealership.

I’ve been driving Mazda trucks since the 80,s. Every time I have gone in to the parts department looking for parts they just don’t want to help because of the age of my truck. I have never seen parts guys that lack the customer service that these guys don’t have. Not only is there a parts catalogue but there are other internet resources as well none of which they are fond of using. They’ve lost my business and I absolutely don’t recommend the parts department there.
they're always and I mean always professional, timely and treat you not like a customer but a friend. they've upgraded their facilities and the staff makes you wanna come back. Most times you wanna avoid the dealership but not here. They've been like this Day One.

I have nothing but positive reviews for Mazda City and my salesman, Joel. They were informative without being arrogant. They eagerly answered all of my questions and weren't afraid to take things slowly. My purchase took several months to accomplish (due to my own travel requirements) and at no time did I feel like I was being rushed, nagged or being forced to buy something that I didn't want. Joel Montijo was absolutely amazing throughout this whole experience. As a young female who's partner is currently deployed I DREADED buying a car and have been putting it off for a long time.
