Let me start by saying Neil M. was AMAZING. Before stopping at Mazda I was at a few other dealerships in the area. The salesmen made me feel like I was being pressured in buying a car (not a great feeling). When I drove up to Mazda I was greeted by Neil. He made sure I seen every car in my budget with out pressuring me to make a choice. Over all the experience was great. I end up leaving with a Mazda6 grand touring that I Love so much. When every someone is looking for a car I always mention NEil. YEs, he was that great!!!!

Neil at Mazdacity was very knowledgeable on everything in stock and was able to help me get a good deal! He didn’t pressure me into making a quick decision and had great customer service. If you’re even thinking about getting a new or used car I recommend you give him visit.

Incredible car leasing experience. Everything that we were promised was delivered. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and sales associate Mark Brandon was fantastic. This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had. My wife and I don't hesitate in recommending Mazda City of Orange Park as a dealership to do business with. I was very pleased with the service I received at Mazda City of Orange Park. Neil was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. I told him what I wanted and my price range and he made it happen. Once we made the sale, he went over the amazing features and paired both my husband's and my phones. I had such a great experience a Mazda City and I definitely will go back again and refer others. If it wasn't for Victor Thompson I wouldn't be driving an absolutely beautiful 2017 Mazda6 that's in like new condition.
