I had a great experience with Vinny went over several different cars and cost and came up with a plan I felt good with.
Great welcome, showed the different models, didn't say "what would it take get you in this car today?"....no pressure, showed the different features, still no pressure. Came back next day after checking out dealerships. No hassle, fair and reasonable price offered and best price. This is the way car buying should be, no hassle, honesty, care and concern and meeting our needs.
I visited the dealership 2 times and Joe Gullota was a nice, professional person to deal with. I never felt pressure of any kind and always was treated with customer respect. On my second visit I asked for the extra $$ that he said he could get off the car and he honored his word. What made the deal faster was that they have the color that my daughter was looking for. I closed the deal and now my daughter is very happy with the CX 5 we got for her.
