Terrible food, terrible service, and terrible treatment when we complained. We were served cold soup, we were charged for refills on soda when their website says they are free, and their crabs were brown and watery in the inside. After expressing dissatisfaction we were told we were ridiculous and to never come back. After reading the Yelp reviews it appears we are not alone. Go to Avery's instead!!
Inappropriate behavior rude horrible service. Jerked crab hammer out of my granddaughter hand slammed it on table and yelled oh no your not going to do that. She had no business putting her hands on my granddaughter totally ruined our dinner. We were leaving they was going to call police on us made us pay $167 for food we left they should of took responsibility for their worker and not charged for food we didn't get to eat!!!
Ate there for the first time with a few of my buddies and I was very pleased with the service. All three of us ordered the "All you can eat" crabs, and fries as well as a side salad and drinks. Our waitress was pleasant and kept our crabs fully stocked and our drinks topped off. Definitely plan to come back in the near future. Thanks!

Racist, poor customer service, not friendly Crabs were small not fresh seating sucks Place looks out dated
We paid over $100.00 for 2 people for the seafood buffet and drinks. For the poor service and mediocre food we received it was not worth it. Will never go to this resturant agreed.
If I could give this place no stars I would the food was terrible the service was terrible never coming back and I suggest no one go
We had a great time , service was excellent !
