Went last night with friends. Ordered jumbo crabs. There was no way in hell they were jumbo more like medium to large. They've gotten way too expensive.
May's has been my go-to place for years when I have a craving for crabs and especially my favorite cream of crab soup but today I really feel like someone stole my lunch. I was in the area and called in a to-go order around 12 noon...1 quart of cream of crab soup, 1 crab dip and 2 crab cakes. Then I made the 2 hour drive home all the while anticipating the wonderful lunch my husband and I would share upon my arrival. We ordered 7 freshly made crab cakes yesterday so I could surprise my husband with them for Fathers Day (we live in NC). The staff was amazing and took great care of placing my order over the phone. BEST crab cakes I've ever had!!! Thank you
I really recommend this place, I have been coming here for a couple years now. Especially while I was pregnant lol. Today I went and the baby was fussy and I was unable to eat. The ladies that work there babysat while I ate. Food is great and so is the prices.
Our service was great but a bit pricey but was delious.
Was so disappointed went their for my Birthday dinner we ordered Scallops first they were cold and soggy sent back came out over cooked and like rubber very small portions on the sides talked with manger she said sorry nothing I can do about it excuse me 140.00 dollars later nothing you can do poor business would love to talk with owner.
Everything was amazing! I love the oyster blues! I love this restaurant best seafood around !
Great food and wonderful staff... We can not wait to go back. The crab stuffed flounder was the best I have had in years
