DON’T GO THERE! This was my first visit to this salon, as it’s in my neighborhood and I wanted to support a local business. I’m leaving for a trip tomorrow and decided to get a pedicure. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Not only did the technician cut my nail so short that it was raw, but she also injured me, leaving me bleeding and in pain, with difficulty walking afterward. Recently moved from Miami to Boston and I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon home. May nails came highly recommended based off reviews in the area of west Medford. I decided to stop by and I had Lisa as my nail tech who didn’t provide the best experience. She was frustrated any time I shared any feed back or asked for my nails to be re-filed.
