I really don’t recommend Dr. Mays! She came in and started talking and never really actually spoke to me directly. She also- without me asking!- told me I have my skin condition because “it’s most common on obese people and smokers. So I suggest stop smoking and lose weight” Like I’m overweight, but I’m very healthy! Also, I hardly smoke and I’m trying to quit. But she didn’t ask about that or care. I walked out $200 less with another $100 follow up appointment and nothing solved.
Don't go here! This Dr is just in it for the $$. She will rush everything through, do what she wants without a discussion with you, and she does not care about what is best for her patients. She wants you to spend lots of money on her expensive recommendations, in regards to skin care. Also, be sure you know what is going on before letting her poke, prod and cut on you!
only had my initial office visit so can't give a real review yet but was impressed with Dr Mays and staff, especially her confidence and quick decisions concerning my problem
I am a new patient with Dr. Mays and was extremely impressed with her skill, communication, and willingness to take time to explain my condition in layman’s terms. Additionally, she saw and treated me on the same day I called for an appointment. Her practice is going to skyrocket based on ease of doing business, expertise, and friendly bedside manner. She is now my family’s go-to dermatologist.
First time there. Fast, friendly, professional. Dr. Mays level of confidence is very reassuring.
