Dr. Al-Shaer is extremely profesional, kind and does not rush the visit. Very detail oriented.
Dr. Al-Shaer is professional and efficient, she saw me at the scheduled time, so appreciated, and was overall excellent. I scheduled a follow up appointment.
My experience at Dr. Al-Shaers office was excellent. The staff is freindly and kind yet professional and competent. I felt my concerns were addressed and prioritized from the first call I made to schedule all the way through the visit. I was able to schedule my next appointment a year in advance. This office is very efficient. Great staff and great doctor! Would recommend!!
I look forward to seeing Dr Al-Shaer again and so grateful she healed my son of a skin condition due to Epstein Barr caused by stress. After years of seeing other drs no one but Dr. Al-Shaer was able to correctly diagnose and treat him!!! I trust my own cosmetic consult and procedure will be as successful!!! PS Although my insurance is not accepted Dr Al-Shaer is worth every dime!!!
Excellent experience with PDT procedure with Dr. Al-Shaer. I have had this procedure with other providers, however, this was my best experience. Very professional, courteous and caring.
Dr. Mays is the best Dermatologist ever. She and her staff are wonderful. They are easy to reach by phone, appointments are always on time, quick and easy, and my medical needs are always met. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their patients get what they need! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
