I was put on the waiting list for a watch nearly TWO YEARS ago, and not once have I received a phone call, update, or any kind of follow-up. The complete lack of communication is beyond frustrating. It honestly feels like they don’t care at all about selling or keeping customers informed. I shouldn’t have to chase down a company just to spend my money. Terrible way to treat someone who genuinely wanted to purchase.
