Highly recommend! I hurt my neck in Jiu jitsu a while back and decided to give chiropractic a try. I heard amazing things about them so I went for it and never turned back! Even though I am no longer dealing with acute injury, I can tell when things are off or could be better. Dr. Emily and Dr. Erin are always so attentive and helpful. I leave there feeling way better than when I came in. It’s a gift!
Gentle, affective, and Precise. I have seen both Dr. Emily and Dr. Erin for almost 10 years now. Originally for chronic shoulder pain. Then shortly after for regular maintenance on my body in order to maintain my very active lifestyle. I've been going here since 2016 when they were a smaller business and I can confidently say that this has been one of the best chiropractors that I have been to. Several pains that I had years after a car accident were addressed by Dr. Mayo that I thought were never going to go away.
By far the best chiropractic care I've gotten! Both Dr. Emily and Dr. Erin provide thorough intakes that will catch anything that is affecting your alignment. I've been able to understand and support my body more effectively and prevent future injuries I'm prone to due to the sports and activities I've been involved in since I was little. I've been seeing Dr Emily for years now, and her approach to alignment is one of the gentlest and most effective I've experienced. She has a way of knowing exactly what's going on, or helping figure out what can help keep me more aligned between adjustments. When Dr. Emily gives me homework, I know it's a must- do!
