Could hear this doctor screaming his personal business on the phone while I was in the exam room waiting on him. Flew into the room obviosuly agitated and seemingly elsewhere. Take a personal day buddy, peoples health is in your hands you need to be PRESENT.
Rudest person I have ever met. Didn't want to hear what I had to say about my pain. He just wanted to fill out a prescription and check me off his list. It doesn't end there. When I went to pick up my prescription the pharmacist could not fill it because this quack never put a date down and the pharmacist could not read his writing. He just doesn't care. Arrogant, ignorant and extremely RUDE!!!!
Awful experience! I went in as I was suffering from depression. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t want to kill myself or anyone else and wasn’t being beaten by my husband I should just go home and be grateful. As I started to explain that I had previously been on medication that had helped he stopped me to make lunch plans with a friend on his phone! I was sent away without being asked about my symptoms previous history. I was completely shocked and extremely discouraged.
Dr. M. Luterman is the best Doctor I have seen. I personally can communicate on the same level as him because of his no nonsense approach he will tell it like it is, he doesn't allow you to waste his time nor does he wastes the Patient's time. He tells me what I need to know he's direct...please let me give you an example. I really don’t understand all these negative comments. I live in Niagara Falls, but also it so happened that I saw him not only at the Morrison Walk-in but on Ontario St. as well. And today, I followed him to the Walmart clinic. He is quick, straight forward and to the point. Can one expect to get a full check-up with an update to the medical history and referrals to see specialists for the first time or once in X amount of years based on googled symptoms and assumed/self-diagnosed chronic illness? Dr Luterman treated my condition and prescribed me medication to treat my condition in the quickest way possible. He also helped me to get caught up on outstanding tests. When doing a urine sample he even supplied me with water as I was a bit dehydrated. Very down to earth. He is a hardworking doctor for sure- helping people the best he can.
Very rude doctor does not deserve the title. He should work in a different profession
This guy is the rudest most arrogant doctor I've ever met he even went so far as to make an inappropriate comment about my girlfriend this guy is a piece of s*** and should not be practicing medicine. I don't know why an American doctor is practicing medicine in Niagara Falls Ontario. Maybe working under the table? When I left he came very close to needing a doctor himself. I’m in agreance with all the other negative comments. Most of my neighbours and friends use the same clinic at Niagara Falls and EVERYONE experiences the same service—conplete lack of interest in why you are there and a condescending personality. You literally have to argue with the guy to get him to even listen to you!!
