Worst customer service. They kept changing nail artists during my appointment, making me wait unnecessarily. The staff spoke Vietnamese amongst themselves throughout the service, which felt exclusionary. When I asked for two stamps for my fingernails and toes, I was told I could only get one because I had both done on the same day — the reasoning didn’t make sense. The staff member was very rude. I will not be returning.
Great salon, reasonably priced.
Unfortunately I have just deleted a five star review. After coming for a year to get acrylics with designs the quality has been slipping ever visit. My last set I came in with a broken nail, and it was not glued- the fill was just done over it even after I questioned it. Of course less than a week later it broke again and I had to spend an additional 40 mins in the salon getting it repaired. I have been a repeat customer for years and this is the only place I ever get my nails done. Unfortunately the last few times I have been the quality has not been as it used to be. My manicure today was rushed and she did not do an adequate job. The only reason I attended and got a manicure was to remove gel polish I had done a week ago which had already chipped off. I was hoping that this would have been an isolated experience but appears not. Unfortunately service isn’t as it used to be.
The most incredible nail salon. Have been going for years but have had consistent fills for the past 8 months and have never had one issue. The ladies are absolutely lovely and the prices are very reasonable. I always leave with the most gorgeous nails. Thank you!!!!
