I had my nails done here a week or so ago. I was not happy at all with the results once I got home, but the ladies happily fixed everything free of charge. I will be returning again to give it another chance. It was quite busy and a Sunday, so I may have just caught them on a bad day.
Disappointed with my recent visit. I was quoted $70 over the phone but charged $80. The manicure wasn’t properly done — nails weren’t fully dry when I left and got ruined almost immediately. I mean mine was just a basic buff and clear finish. When I asked for help, the fix was rushed and uneven, with patchy polish and bubbles.
I got my nails done with shellac yesterday, and I'm extremely disappointed. One of my toenails is already coming off, and many of my nails are misshapen and messy. Some of my nails are visibly thicker than the others, and several of them have little chips on the tips when it hasn't even been 24 hours since I had them done.
The first two times I went there, the nails were pretty good. And for simple color, they're fine! But I asked for something with more detail, and it's low-key messy. They pretty much gave up halfway through, and just did whatever was going to be easiest. It very obviously looks rushed too. But if you're just looking for simple color they're good, just don't ask for anything more complicated.
Worst customer service. They kept changing nail artists during my appointment, making me wait unnecessarily. The staff spoke Vietnamese amongst themselves throughout the service, which felt exclusionary. When I asked for two stamps for my fingernails and toes, I was told I could only get one because I had both done on the same day — the reasoning didn’t make sense. The staff member was very rude. I will not be returning.
