Dirty, poor business practices, not secure or fire safe - don't use this business. Numerous pigeons in the roof space and plenty of holes for their dirt to fall on your possessions, rodents scurry in the roof and mouse poo on my items. Plus cockroaches on the floor. Fire door is wedged shut with chocks, and in the alley at the back, the fire door is rotting and peeling off, I'm sure Blind Freddy could break in with a teaspoon. Holes in the walls. Unbelievably unprofessional. They almost never issue statements or invoices, the place is constantly getting broken into, and they often take the possessions of clients who have stopped paying their bills - in contravention of tenancy laws. Don't go near them.

Unbelievably unprofessional. I've also leased rental properties from. Val Tarin. He stole about $10,000 worth of my property, and then claimed in court that I gave it to him. Have a retail tenancy act claim against him in the Magistrates Court currently. This man will lie and steal from you - all with a smile on his face. Don't go there, under any circumstances.
