Great service and fair prices!
John Mayfield was recommended through a mutual friend. John did a wonderful job recommending what I needed to do to take care of a mold/ mildew problem in the guest bath.
The tech was on time. Diagnosed an off and on issue. Corrected and made sure what was the problem. Checked another unit for maintenance and found a weak capacitor and replaced. All was explained in easy to understand. Very reasonable price for the time and effort put forth. We have used this Mayfield Co. many years.
I contacted them after dinner time about my issue and they were at my door around lunch time the next day ready to fix it. Very polite and competent staff. They’ve been a pleasure to deal with.
