Booked online but wasn't told the hotel was about to close for renovation. No food available, TV didn't work properly, bed had a big hole in the middle.
Very disappointed with the Mayfair unfortunately. I booked the King Corner Suite. Tv would not work, stains all over the floor, and sticky bench tops. I phoned the front desk and unfortunately no other rooms were available. I left about 20min after arrival, though the staff were very lovely and did not charge me the valet parking, I was still required to pay for the room. Located right in the middle of the city with disappointing views of other buildings. Windows do not open and no balcony rooms available.
