PVC fence looks awesome, great work. Salesman Kurt was very patient with my decision making and gave me a few idea options.
Anyone who writes a bad comment about this company has to be that person who is never happy!I am absolutely ecstatic with Mayfair Fence.The Salesman Kurt was such a nice and helpful man.He doesn't try to push u or make u feel uncomfortable by any means.The installers were funny, kind, and also very helpful.I stayed home from work to oversee the job and they walked me through every little detail to make sure I understood and was happy! This company does some of the worst work I've ever seen. They are shady, from the lowest man on the totem pole all the way up to the owner. They do not stand by their work, the work they do is substandard, it looks horrible after they're done, and good luck trying to get them to fix anything they've done wrong. They give you a run around and make false promises that they never keep. Work done on the fence was spot on. Instillation was done right and even though I had a slope to deal with, the installer did it correctly. Boss came out to the site to check that everything was done correctly. There were no hidden surprises and I am going to use them again. Oh. I forgot to mention their prices were excellent and so was Kurt their salesman.
The salesman Kurt was a very good salesman. By the time the contract was signed I thought I was going to get the most beautiful fence. The workers are not good. The owner makes promises he doesnt keep. They dont know how to do slats. They dont sink the poles. They dont cover over concrete where they took out old poles. The gate isnt lined up so the latch is gouging out the pole. The owner has been promising for a month that it will all be fixed. I am so impressed with this company’s degree of customer concern and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. I’ve had much work done on my home in the past couple of years to give it a complete makeover so I have dealt with many contractors and it wasn’t pleasant.
