Best selection and service I’ve ever had! After literally decades of always being dissatisfied with my frames, I took a chance and went in and asked for something that would make me look sophisticated and elegant but with a touch of edge. Nicole found me two pairs that are so perfect I now feel like I look better with my glasses than without! I’m very grateful and will be back for sunglasses!

For years, Maycock's optometrist completely failed to accurately assess my vision. The optometrist assured me my corrected vision was stable while it was actually: - deteriorating significantly, - developing Strabismus, - developing a central scotoma, None of these disabling conditions were detected by the optometrist even after I mentioned changes in my vision. Although, the staffs' are very nice.

I had an eye exam here with the understanding they could direct bill my health insurance provider for my eye exsm. I was told this was no problem on the phone when I made the appointment and provided the policy details. Also, when I physically arrived, I asked again and was told they could directly bill my my provider. I even got the claims person on the phone saying to bill them directly so and that they had received the request but it was withdrawn as I stood there.
