Let me be absolutely clear: 'Mayan's AC and Electric' is listed on the mechanical permit for the disastrous HVAC work done on my home. The results were appalling. The ductwork was a complete failure. The internal air handler was installed incorrectly, and it's clear it was mismatched with the external unit (they used two different brands). I recently looked in to getting an electrical transfer switch in order for me to connect a generator to my house and alleviate the need to have a bunch of extension cords and maximize the power output of my generator. Because my water comes from a well I actually needed the transfer switch so if power goes out I would at least have water. Anyone with a water well should really consider this.
