Wonderful, courteous staff, very friendly and approachable as well as professional.
My treatments were excellent. Dr. Villani is a very skilled, up-to-date dentist and he and his staff are very thorough, very reassuring and have great customer care skills. Best dentist I have ever been to, and all of the dental team there are very friendly and efficient. A big thank you to them all!
I preferred my cleaning with my... I preferred my cleaning with my last hygienist. This hygienist was nice and the cleaning was efficient and painless, but twice I felt like she was trying to encourage me to have cosmetic services I'm not interested in. I would have preferred that she refer me to an appointment with the dentist if I expressed concern with something. I have very severe anxiety at the dentist (not due to anything regarding this facility at all), and being encouraged to have unnecessary procedures makes me even... read more
