This was my first time attending this shop after having a horrible customer service experience somewhere else. First, the shop is set up boutique style which allows for an intimate space. The service was quality and the techs took their time and made sure I was satisfied with my services. Prices were standard (under $90 for a full set, soak off, and pedicure). Worst experience I’ve ever had , they had a girl by the name of Santos there she did my eyelashes,, all fell out I called her and she scheduled me and canceled on me twice finally she said she was moving from her current location to a new location which is located inside the same plaza ,, she called me and said I’ll schedule you before 1 pm but I’ll call you before so you can be ready , I never received a call I waited on her till 4 pm finally it hit me she’s an unprofessional person and I was furious after calling her multi... read more

Got my nails done on a Saturday two days later 4 nails came off, the girl that did them said she was still learning. I called to have them fixed. She wanted to charge me for that. She only fixed the four that fell off, it's the next day and 2 more came off, also wanted to charge me for fixing the rest when that should have been included I paid $80 for a set that lasted not even 2 days.

Called this morning and they got me in 20min later.. I was really happy with the service provided.. Everyone there was welcoming 🙏🏾.. Claudia was my nail 💅 tech and I will definitely keep coming back.. I found my new nail spot..
