I bought a May 42ft Hay dumb trailer from a local dealer about 2 years ago. The Jack broke the first week I had it and I never really worried about it. Then I bent the gooseneck coupler (totally my fault) I called May and asked if I could buy a new gooseneck coupler and have shipped to me. The man I spoke to said yes not a problem. I would not recommend any services they have the worst welds that would not even come close to passing a test, not only this but are the most rude an unprofessional people I have encountered.
