My family switched to Dr. Chang recently as her office is close to our house. My husband and I saw her with no problems and her secretary and hygienists were great, but there was a big problem when it came to our children. One of my daughters has some dental anxiety issues and we talked to the secretary who scheduled her an appropriate hygienist, but when Dr. Chang was supposed to follow up and do a procedure.
