Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? They were average

Love the doctors at this practice, but the office staff (particularly when you first enter) is very unfriendly. They are all business, no personal connection whatsoever. It's really a shame when you have great doctors to have an unfriendly office staff. I was a patient there years ago and left b/c of this - then came back 8 years later b/c I like the drs. Different front desk person, but still as unfriendly.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do
