Spent over $80 here, I ordered flowers from here to be delivered for my Mothers Birthday alongside with Balloons and Chocolate. They took over an hour to update my order on what was going on. To make matters worse they don't have a phone number to call nor do they respond to their text, which is the only communication form they have available. The roses that I ordered were stolen. They were left on a table in an apartment lobby, and the recipient was never notified about the delivery. For roses that expensive, I would expect the delivery driver to ensure that the recipient was contacted. Also, very rude customer service over the phone when I tried to contact about the status of the delivery.
