Also a/c is not working with no information given to when it will work again. Seems like they don’t care since they don’t have to live there.

They will not fix anything. You can not get to the office manager at anytime and when you do get to her she will not get anything done.
Office manager will not explain why they will not fix anything. She also holds most of the mail in her office and is only they to get the rent payments on the first week of the month.
