Very knowledgeable about Volvos
I have had multiple problems with my Volvo, and Peter's Auto Works has been very honest about the best course of action for me to take. I really appreciate that they have been so honest with me. They are very knowledgeable about Volvos. They told me that it didn't make sense to continue tinkering with the car; it would be too expensive. They let me know that the best options would be to buy a new car or get the entire engine replaced. I did not get that honesty elsewhere, and it was expensive. They go a little above and beyond the call of duty. They are very thorough.
Peters Auto Works is a very together shop. They are friendly, kind, courteous, and willing to bend over backwards to help you meet your repair needs. They also have loner cars as an added courtesy for customers. So if you don't have car for a day, they do their best to get you in a car and on your way. And they do it for almost nothing; it is just a five dollar fee no matter when you bring it back or how much gas you put in it. This was my first time going to Peters Auto Works. They replaced my alternator. They were very fast and they had great ideas to proceed. I was in a real pickle, and they bent over backward to make sure I was taken care of. They did a great job.
