Even when things werent going my way they did their best to help me.
I get the fact that I bought the car "as is". It was my own dumb fault. The car was not running very well the night I bought it. The next day, they hadn't given me the title yet, and I basically begged them with tears in my eyes to take the car back. I knew the answer right away. They were extremely nice when I handed them $3000 cash for a car. They sentiment melted after asking for a little decency.
