I was invited to attend a FREE self defense seminar today and when I asked if I could bring my daughter as well, I was told to bring as many people as possible. This was a great opportunity and I can't say how much I appreciated it, especially since my daughter will be going off to college next year. I would strongly recommend this to all women. I would also like to send a huge thanks to Mike and Sargent Gary!

My daughter and I attended a self defense class at Maxx Training Center today! It was so informative and and much needed. I highly recommend any and all women to sign up for the next class. It is FREE because Mike Varner and Sgt. Gary Eblan are all about helping people! THANK YOU

Today I attended a FREE 2 hour seminar for women's self defense. Thank you Mike Varner for hosting this event and to Sgt. Gary Eblan from the Boston Police Academy for taking time to show us ways to reduce our odds of becoming a victim and some of the ways to handle ourselves should we ever be in that position. I would highly recommend this to all women out there and college age girls as well. Special thanks to my best friend Kathy LaMont for inviting me.

Great community atmosphere while working on improving yourself. Mike fosters a great sense of everyone supporting each other while we're working hard. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, patient and care deeply. I joined because I've known Mike a long time and trust him. I keep going back because it's a great gym to feel a part of while getting in shape.

Maxx Training Center has completely changed the way I exercise. The classes are great. The trainers and staff are super helpful. Plus the people I've met at the gym are amazing; I've made a ton of friends since I joined. You can't beat the atmosphere; it's the best gym in the city.
