Yesterday I attended a Self Defense seminar hosted by Maxx Training Center and Sergeant Gary Eblan of the Boston Police. It was 2 hours of invaluable information that literally can save your life, if ever you were in a compromised position. Just knowing a few of these tools will decrease your odds of becoming a victim. The seminar was Free and the best 2 hours I have invested in myself. The facility was clean, everyone was super friendly and professional and I will be checking out some classes next week! Thank you again!
