The other reviewer is right. I was communicating via email to buy a truck for cash in hand. I emailed and told the guy that I would be there with cash to buy a truck. He never responds. I get there and I see another person looking at the truck and taking pictures of it. The man walks over and I said I am here to buy the truck. I told him I had emailed him. Bought a car and it was a great experience.
In the beginning they were helpful and responsive, I scheduled an appointment and test drove the car in early October. We agreed on a price and had the purchase order ready but I did not buy it that day because there was one item that still needed to be fixed. They agreed to make the repair and get in touch when they were done. The following week I called and left a few messages but no answer.
