RecommendedEVERYTHING!! The entire staff is wonderful! This was my first time back since Covid and they have taken every precaution to make sure their patients and staff are safe. They really, truly care about their patients overall health besides just their teeth.
I had an amazing experience! They were nice and informative. They go the extra mile to make you comfortable and make sure you understand everything. I usually have extreme anxiety with “the dentist” but they definitely did everything possible to accommodate my fears.
My prior dentist retired. My first visit to Brockport Smiles was this week. The entire staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Paperwork was efficient. The appointment was thorough. When i left my appointment I knew how healthy my teeth and mouth are because of the completeness of the exam. My teeth felt clean! Thank you to Dr. Thaney and Autumn and my hygienist Savannah. SEE YOU IN 6 MONTHS!
I always find the staff to be helpful and kind. Kelly is always thorough, professional and an absolute ray of sunshine. She makes going to the dentist a pleasure!

I had a great experience today at Brockport Smiles! Dr. Thaney gave me a warm welcome as did his assistant Mary. They reviewed the procedure with me before getting started today and put my mind (and nerves) at ease. They are truly progressive, knowledgeable and personable. I wasn’t in any pain and it was, quite frankly, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Also, Dr. Thaney’s staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional and personable too.
