Went in for two crowns. First time having this kind of dental work done. Didn't know what to really expect but Dr Russo and Chrissy were excellent! Procedure went longer then expected but the whole process was pain free and they talked me through it all. Can't wait for my next visit for crown work. Not really. Just kidding, but if I need this work done again, in the future, I'm glad I have this team to do it. Thanks for the positive experience yesterday. Job well done.
I went here for the first time. I need a lot of work done, I am extremely nervous about it. Dr Russo and Chrissy were awesome! Very calming and comforting. Interested to see how it all works out in the end
I had a crown replaced in June. I have needed a couple of adjustments for it and have been seen very promptly. I have had excellent follow-up service. I have now seen Dr. Russo several times, and like his friendly manner and persistence to get my crown work completed for me.
A dentist you can honestly look forward to going to.

I enjoy going to the dentist. Well, Brockport Smiles makes the dentist trip pleasant. Everyone is friendly and I trust the group. Dr. Bowdler has been my dentist for decades. He and his staff have always made that trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. Recently he moved in with Dr. Thaney's Brockport Smiles group. It's the same great experience.
Going to the dentist is like visiting friends. Always a pleasure. Even when I pay the bill!
The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is welcoming and comfortable.
