Dr Thaney and his staff are the best. I do not like going to the dentist and they are very gentle and patient with me. I always have a good experience and the staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr Thaney and office to all, but especially if you are not comfortable going to the dentist. They will do there best to set you at ease with success. �

This was my first visit since Dr. Bowdler retired. I'd been his patient for 33 years. Thank goodness Gina is always there to greet me with that warm smile. I met with Dr. Russo and he was very kind and welcoming. So knowledgeable, he put me at ease right away. Although he had really big shoes to fill, I think he's a great addition to the office.

Chrissy and Dr Russo were conscience of my tight schedule that morning, we had nice conversation, they showed me what they were doing and I found it very interesting. After the numbness I had absolutely no discomfort. As good an experience as you can have at a dentist office. No offense.

I absolutely am terrified to go to the dentist but Dr Thaney is amazing. He understands how I feel about dental work and is so nice and caring and does whatever he can to minimize the pain. He's the only dentist that I trust. His staff is also wonderful. Would and have recommended him many times.

I loved my old dentist (who retired) but I still wouldn't see him unless I absolutely had to. To have to go to a new dentist for an extraction is about the worst that I can imagine. To come out of that office smiling (as much as possible around the novocaine) is unbelievable. For anyone with dentist anxiety, Dr. Maxwell Thaney in Brockport is the one to see. I wish I had known about him years ago.

If employees at any organization are happy to come to work every day, feel valued and invested, they will inevitably do their best! This is certainly the case at Brockport Smiles! I would recommend this practice to everyone! The folks there are top notch professionals, use state-of-the art equipment and technology, and treat patients with tremendous respect.
